Policy:
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book all services.
• Full payment is due before or at the time of service unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit.
• One reschedule is permitted with proper notice.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• All payments are non-refundable once services begin or materials are purchased.
• Additional charges may apply for changes to the original scope of work.
• Clients must provide access and accurate project details on time.
• Major Wardrobe LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
• Completed projects may be photographed for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.
